- Smart mat-cutter is made with rigid, stable tracks and operates with a ball bearing system on hardened steel rollers.
- A Manual/pneumatic clamp system allows the operator to cut a minimum border of 25mm.
- Borders are easily set using rule pointers and 4 production stops with built in spacers 3, 6, and 9 mm for double mats.
- The unique 4-way rectangle ( manual/pneumatic) knifehead cuts a bevelled mat in 4 consecutive cuts without marking or turning the mat.
- 45 degrees bevel standard, 60 degrees and 90 degrees optional.
- Wall-mounting saves spaces and provides easier operation.
- With the Smart mat-cutter 1000 mats a day can be cut.
- The ball bearing machine is available in 3 standard sizes and special sizes on request.
- Models 100 x 150 cm, 120 x 160 cm, 120 x 180 cm.
